Mallory Hink is a real estate professional with a background in architecture and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance. Her experience spans residential sales, property rehabilitation, and income-producing investments, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle.
She brings a distinct advantage through her hands-on knowledge of home renovation, enabling clients to identify value, execute improvements, and maximize returns. By combining financial discipline with design insight, Mallory helps position properties for optimal performance in competitive markets.
Mallory is known for her practical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through both investment and homeownership decisions with clarity and confidence.

Yajcely brings extensive real estate experience in underwriting, structuring, acquiring, selling, and managing properties across diverse markets including Northern Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. Her hands-on expertise spans every stage of the investment and management process, giving her a comprehensive understanding of what drives value and performance. Her strategic vision and operational focus empower the company to consistently exceed client expectations and drive sustainable growth.

Shane Sie Brownell earned an M.S. in Finance from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and is currently pursuing a CPA, a Master’s in Tax Law, and a Juris Doctorate. He has completed coursework in Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Law at Georgetown University Law Center.
Shane joined Ritz Banc Group (RBG) in Arlington, Virginia, where he focused on asset management for $800m real estate portfolio and responsible for than $80m in rents and capital projects. Shane lead structured finance, financial statement analysis, FP&A, Partnership Tax, strategy, fund management, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
Shane has almost two decades of experience managing single family and multifamily tenants (3,000+ units). He has also managed office (500k+ SF), and industrial assets (500k+ SF), managing institutional tenants including Disney, Lockheed Martin, Georgetown University, and MedStar. As a principal, he brings an institutional toolkit and perspective to the RentWise platform.
At RentWise, Shane is focused on operations and finance.

Itzamar is an architect with over 10 years of experience managing residential, commercial, and urban projects across the U.S. and Latin America. Her deep expertise in overseeing the full project lifecycle—from concept and permitting through occupancy and operations—gives her a unique advantage as a Property Manager. She expertly coordinates teams, navigates complex regulatory environments, and optimizes processes to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Outside of her role at Rentwise, Itzamar is committed to social impact—supervising risk mitigation in vulnerable communities and contributing to urban planning in high-risk areas. This work adds a thoughtful, responsible dimension to her approach, enhancing her focus on compliance, quality control, and efficient resource management to deliver exceptional value for property owners and tenants alike.

Ruben den Drijver is an experienced project and asset management professional specializing in complex infrastructure and public-sector operations. Over the course of his career, he has developed a reputation for bringing structure, accountability, and long-term perspective to large-scale projects across the Netherlands.
At the City of Amsterdam, Ruben served as Asset Manager for road tunnels, where he was responsible for the performance, safety, and lifecycle management of critical urban infrastructure. His work required balancing technical execution with regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination—ensuring that essential systems operate reliably in a dynamic metropolitan environment. Prior to this, he held the role of Contract Manager within the Tunnel Management Organization, overseeing vendor relationships and contract performance with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.
Earlier in his career, Ruben contributed to major infrastructure developments including the Rotterdamsebaan project in The Hague, where he supported project leadership in delivering one of the region’s most significant transportation initiatives. His experience also includes tender management at Van Hattum en Blankevoort, where he led bid strategies for large civil engineering projects, and advisory roles at Nebest Adviesgroep, focusing on project execution and technical consulting.
Ruben approaches each project with a disciplined, results-oriented mindset—combining technical insight with strategic oversight to deliver resilient, future-ready infrastructure.

Elena is a global business development and partnerships executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth across the Americas, Europe, and emerging markets. She specializes in building strategic relationships, scaling key accounts, and delivering measurable results across real estate, financial services, and technology sectors.
She has held senior roles with organizations including DevelopmentPeople, Sell2Rent, and SpaceQuant, where she led investor relations, market expansion, and client acquisition initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Financial Times and Euromoney, developing international markets and managing high-value partnerships.
Elena is known for her disciplined approach to growth, combining strategic insight with execution to create long-term value in complex, global environments.

Saima is a Chartered Accountant [CA(Nam)] with over 11 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and management accounting. She has a strong track record of enhancing financial systems, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Saima’s expertise lies in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial oversight across diverse sectors.

A proud Philadelphia native, Aaron Wallace brings 7 years of full-time real estate experience and a proven record of completing hundreds of residential and commercial transactions across the Philadelphia Tri-State region and the DC/Maryland/Virginia market. Having lived in both established and emerging neighborhoods, he offers clients valuable insight into diverse communities and evolving market trends.
